Randall-Reilly restructures Trucking Division

TUSCALOOSA, ALA. (December 2010) – In a move to further enhance the company’s customer focus, Randall-Reilly has restructured its Trucking Division into three areas: sales, media operations and events. Sales for all of Randall-Reilly’s trucking brands including events and ancillary products will be led by Brad Holthaus in his new position as vice president, sales. Operations, marketing and new product development for all brands will be led by Stacy McCants in his new position as vice president, media operations. Alan Sims will continue to lead the events group as vice president, with additional responsibilities for producing all Trucking Division events.
Randall-Reilly produces print and online products, events, research and data serving all aspects of the trucking market, including fleets (CCJ), owner-operators (Overdrive), long-haul truckers (Truckers News), truck and trailer dealer executives (Successful Dealer), parts distributors, dealer service centers and independent garages (Truck Parts & Service) and custom truck enthusiasts (Custom Rigs). The company also serves the driver recruiting market with the industry’s largest print and online recruiting network.
“Focusing key functions under Brad, Stacy and Alan’s competent leadership will enable us to better serve our customers’ needs while maximizing the synergies inherent in delivering multiple brands to the trucking market,” says Jeff Mason, senior vice president, trucking.  “Our customers told us they want broader access to our growing portfolio of products but with fewer points of contact. This change accomplishes that goal and capitalizes on key team members’ experience and industry knowledge.”
In related moves, Executive Sales Directors Chip Magner and John Randle will manage the sales team, reporting to Brad Holthaus. Emily Larson will serve as director, media operations, reporting to Stacy McCants. Alan Welborn will move into the Events Group as director, event operations. Randy Davidson will remain in his role as director, event sales.
