There are four main sections to get you set up on Equipment Experts. You may need to ask colleagues to help you with certain pieces of information. Below are the topics in the upcoming sections:
Dealer Suite Information – you will be able to provide your logo and a dealer description if you’d like, to personalize your dealer suite
Inventory Feed – we will ask questions about how you will be providing your inventory feed to Equipment Experts. You may need some help from a colleague that is familiar with how you send inventory to other vendors today.
Lead Delivery – we will ask questions about how you want your leads to be delivered to your team
Location Details – you will provide details about your different locations that you will be posting equipment for on Equipment Experts for. You will need to know what unique identifier is included in your inventory feed, that identifies each location. So, you may need to consult a colleague again, who is familiar with the data in your inventory feed.

Great! Let’s get started with information we will use to create your Dealer Suite on Equipment Experts.
To personalize your Dealer Suite, you can provide your logo and a description of your dealership. Both of these are optional.
If you would like to provide a description of your dealership on your dealer suite, you can do so below. The description is similar to an About Us page on a website and would be used by prospective buyers to learn more about what makes your dealership great!
Make sure not to include any contact information or URL links in your description.
The maximum characters allowed is 4,000
Now, let’s move onto information we need to obtain your daily inventory feed.
If you don’t know all of the answers to these questions you can always save the form and return when you have the information you need.
If you choose to publish your inventory to Equipment Experts SFTP site, we will provide instructions on how to do so.
Uploading to Amazon S3 is very technical. Do not choose this option if you do not have experience doing so.
To utilize this FTP option, you will need to have FTP client software. There are many free options, such as Filezilla, WinSCP, and Cyberduck.
Once your account has been set up, we will send you the information necessary to connect to our SFTP site.
Ok, great! Once your account has been set up, we will send you our public rsa key.
IMPORTANT NEXT STEP: Once you have posted your first inventory feed file, send an email to [email protected] to notify the team that it is ready to be processed. Be sure to include your company name in the subject line of the email.
Uploading your feed via S3 is very technical. If you don’t have experience uploading to an S3 bucket,
you will want to choose an FTP option instead.
Once your account is set up, Equipment Experts will provide the bearer token and the website to get a signed URL.

Our team will reach out if we need anything additional from you to set up your inventory feed.
Please provide the contact information for the correct technical person from your team.
We will be tracking metrics for phone calls from prospects on Equipment Experts to your sales reps. We are able to provide a monthly report with details about those calls to your team. One of the options for reporting includes recorded audio of the phone calls.
