The History of Randall Reilly

In 1934, Randall Reilly started as an honor society for college students. Over the decades, we grew into a premier B2B publisher for industrial industries such as trucking, construction, and agriculture. Along the way we’ve acquired data assets through companies like EDA, Equipment Experts, and Iron Solutions. 

In 2005, Randall Reilly added a recruiting division focused on helping trucking fleets find and hire drivers.  The acquisition of E-Vision in 2008 expanded our client offering delivering the power of online advertising to the world of recruiting drivers. 

We continue to expand our talent acquisition capabilities across multiple industries and roles. The latest evolutions including Recruitment Process Outsourcing, data-driven programmatic advertising, and platform technology. 

In 2024, Randall Reilly separated into two companies with talent acquisition retaining the name of Randall Reilly and the other  company taking on the name of Fusable.  We are now able to focus solely on talent acquisition and helping our clients find, hire, and retain top clients.

 

Our Leadership

Scott Miller

President & CEO

Scott Miller joined Randall Reilly in February of 2000 in sales for Trucking Media. With his unique strategic abilities, he founded the Recruiting Media division, now called Talent Intelligence. In 2019 he was promoted to EVP & GM of the Talent Intelligence division. He assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2024. Scott served in the Air Force from 1992-1996. He previously worked for an industrial paper supply house where he received training in managing customer service and sales. He lives with his wife and four daughters in Alabama.

Nick Reid

CFO

Nick Reid joined Randall Reilly in 2008 with the acquisition of eVision Marketing Group. Showing tremendous leadership and initiative, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Digital Services. Under his leadership, the department grew exponentially, until he was promoted to EVP & GM of Internal consulting. He assumed the role of CFO in 2024. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama and holds a Master’s in Business from Carnegie Mellon. He was previously employed by Hewlett-Packard.

Julie Arsenault

SVP, STRATEGY & MARKETING

Julie Arsenault oversees corporate strategy and marketing for Randall Reilly, focusing on creating value and clarity for clients. Before coming to Randall Reilly, she was Creative Director for the award-winning digital agency, Waypost Marketing. While there, she developed integrated marketing strategies for a wide variety of businesses across the United States. Julie joined Randall Reilly in August 2011. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Bob Jones University. When Julie is not working, she is spending time with her husband.

Matt Elliott

SVP, SALES

Matt Elliott is a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams with over 35 years in sales. As SVP of Sales, he is responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing strategic partnerships, and executing innovative sales strategies. Before joining Randall Reilly in 2024, Matt lead global sales at ECi Software Solutions. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University in Political Science. When Matt is not working, he is spending time with his family in Texas.

SVP, Partners

Emily Gordon has more than twenty years of talent acquisition experience. Her unique ability to uncover creative solutions and apply those solutions has helped hundreds of companies achieve their hiring goals. She possesses wide-ranging expertise in client relations, continuous process improvement, and full-life cycle talent acquisition. Emily joined Randall Reilly in 2021 to spearhead a new team focused on full process recruitment for select clients with intensive talent acquisition challenges. She also holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan. 

Nancy Leigh

VP, Human Resources

Nancy Leigh has 20+ years of HR experience, and is currently the Vice President of Human Resources. She and her team manage Talent Acquisition, Benefits Management, Payroll Operations, Employee Relations and HR Compliance. Prior roles in banking, insurance, and school admin coupled with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama are the foundation for her current position. She has achieved the designations of HRCI-PHR and SHRM-CP. Her community service includes the SHRM local chapter and State Boards of Directors, United Way, and more.
