Trucking's Speed Limiter Mandate is Dead
The two proposed rules mandating speed limiting devices on heavy-duty trucks has been withdrawn by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The move comes on the heels of the release of pro-trucker policies touted by Transportation Secretary, Sean Duffy.
