The redesigned homepage puts relevant content and actions front and center. Recruiters land on a layout that highlights what matters most, including campaign performance, new job launches, and team priorities. The layout adjusts based on user activity and organizational focus so every team starts the day with clarity.

This gives users a shared starting point and cuts down the time it takes to find what needs attention.

  2. Treat talent strategy as business strategy.

The reporting section now offers a single view of campaign performance, combining what was previously spread across multiple tabs. This consolidated view makes it easier to scan trends, drill into results, and share insights with stakeholders.
